About This Course

A Company Secretary is a senior position in a private sector company or public sector organization. Also known as Compliance Officers, it is one of the positions that is a part of the key managerial personnel (which usually includes the CEO & CFO) of any company.

In large American and Canadian publicly listed corporations, a Company Secretary is typically named a Corporate Secretary. A Company Secretary is responsible for the efficient administration of a company, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented.

The student who would like to join the Course after 10+2 has to undergo three stages to pursue the Company Secretaries Course i.e. Foundation Program ,Executive Program and Professional Program

Eligibility

To be eligible for CSEET the minimum qualification is a 10+2 or equivalent exam. Candidates with higher educational qualifications will be also required to clear the exam. However, candidates who have qualified for ICAI and ICMAI final courses will be exempted from the qualifying CS Executive Entrance Test.

  • 31st March for appearing in December Examination in the same year
  • 30th September for June Examination next year
